Cankles is a growing problem among many people today and in this modern era, celebrity cankles is not a new issue as well. Basically Cankle is a word that comes from ‘calf’ and ‘ankle’ combined and many people call it chubby ankles as well. Celebrities and other people experience cankles when their calf comes together with a swollen or an obese ankle. Many metropolitan dictionaries describe cankle as an area where the calf meets the feet. People having cankles are not seen much worried compared to celebrities who are just too much concerned of how their bodies look.
Cankles has more then one causes such as heredity, a family problem coming in everyone and secondly being overweight and obese. When too much fat gathers up in the body it might start making its way towards the knee’s south. People often do not really care how and what they eat gaining continuous weight until the problem gets on to their nerves unlike celebrities whom are mostly seen concerned about avoiding fatty foods which can avoid celebrity cankles. Other then these two causes the third cause of cankles is pregnancy when the female puts on weight and gets lazy for that period of time.
Many celebrities who experience cankles often avoid wearing things like skirts with some nice looking shoes because it might not look cool. People think that it is very hard to get rid of them once you are targeted but the good news is that by taking a few simple steps or just following a nice looking celebrity if you are inspired by one can make it happen for you. I have not seen a single TV-star who is perfectly in shape without going to the gym; work out is the first major step when fighting off cankles. If you want to get your sculpted ankles back then add Calf Raise exercise to your gym list, 3 to 5 sets of 25 to 30 reps would be do fine. After this do some Leg Press Calf Raise, do not work too hard on it just carry on until your feet can feel the heat. Lastly you would end your exercise with modified shoulder presses hitting 3 sets at least of 10 reps each.
Along with all this, a particular balanced diet is also necessary. You would not find many celebrities running down to the fast food too often, this is because it is unhealthy and too fatty. Start consuming a diet that is low on calories, sodium, fat and sugar along with drinking loads of water to get water retention in the legs and ankles. Lastly try to avoid alcohol or at least reduce it by half.
Celebrity cankles or cankles experienced by people who aren’t celebrities are the same so you can get rid of them as easily as then can!
